Pactic, previously known as Fürgefutár, has beenon the market with success for many years. In the interest of further growth,they’ve aimed for increasing the numbers of their B2B partners and expandingonto the international market. However, it was at this point where they facedseveral challenges:

• they do not have a clear brand message
• the company name can not be used on the international market
• they have two main target groups (private persons and webshops) with completely different needs
• the services offered by the brand are not completely clear to the target groups
• many people believe the company transports packages (when they are in fact an aggregator site linking to the services of package transportation companies)

New brand name

A brand name works well if it fits with the brand strategy, is appropriately attention-grabbing, and does a good job at distinguishing the brand from its competition.

We renamed the company Fürgefutár to Pactic, which is a good solution to the previous challenges faced by the brand:
• refers to the logistics activities of the company
• can be used well internationally
• short, easy to pronounce
• easy to remember
• sounds bright, fresh, and dynamic

Defining the services

Working closely with the Pactic team, we defined the three types of solutions they provide webshop owners with. In order to better support their introduction we designed their own icons which represent their types of services. All three have their own sub-pages on the website, which systemize their advantages and clearly show the different payment configurations.

Identity design

When designing the identity, we usually start off from the main brand value determined in the strategy. The bluish color-scheme represents a trustworthy, long-term partnership, the purplish tones and the gradient aim to convey technological innovation.

Pactic helps the webshop owners to scale their businesses succesfully from the very first order. The logo’s design represents this continuous change and development, the diagonal structure and the color gradient. The neat, clear form stands for organization and transparency.
